Senior Civil Judge

Muhammad Ayaz Khan is the first Senior Civil Judge at District Orakzai when erstwhile FATA was merged in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Born to a respected family of Safi Tribe in District Mardan on 16th September 1979. He received his schooling from Islamia Collegiate School Peshawar and elementary education Islamia College Peshawar. He secured his B.A. degree in political science from Islamia College, University of Peshawar. He did M.A. (Political Science) with distinction from University of Peshawar. He joined National Highways and Motorways Police in 2002 and served as Senior Patrolling Officer till 2005. Later on, he took special interest in the field of Law and got LLB degree in 2005 and LLM in 2013 from University of Peshawar.

He joined the Judiciary as a Civil Judge in 2006 through competitive exam. During his service, he served in several districts of KP including Peshawar, Karak, Chitral, Swat and Kohat. Presently, he is posted in District Orakzai as Senior Civil Judge. He lays special emphasis on innovation and played a foundational role in setting up a modern Districts Courts in Orakzai including its website development and automation.
